Brew Up Some CCF Tea


Cumin, coriander and fennel are well-known digestive spices.

When you mix the three herbs together, the tea stimulates the digestive system, supporting the body’s natural ability to breakdown, ama, known as toxins, or the raw, undigested and disease-causing substances that can accumulate in the body when foods or emotions are not fully processed, digested and assimilated. 



  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seed
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 litre of water


  • Add 1 tsp of Cumin seeds 1 tsp Coriander seeds 1 tsp Fennel seeds  in 1 litre of water and boil for 10 minutes. 
  • Add a pinch of ginger powder after it has boiled.
