Ingredients
- 3 cups chickpea flour
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup grated cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon ajwain seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Ghee to make the pancake
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 2 tablespoons greater ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
