How To Make Chickpea Flour pancakes

And these are the ones you can eat without the GUILT!!!

These pancakes are devised so you can enjoy Pancakes everyday and still have the taste and the nourishing ingredients that will be GOOD for you. 

Chickpea Flour Pancakes


  • 3 cups chickpea flour
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon ajwain seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Ghee to make the pancake
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 2 tablespoons greater ginger
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 


  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients except ghee.
  • Add a little water to make a batter for the pancake. Keep it aside for 10/15 minutes.
  • Heat up the fry pan on a medium heat.
  • Pour a big spoonful batter and spread it. Put a little ghee around it and let it cook on medium heat.
  • Turn it around and cook on the other side till it is brown. Serve hot with chutney.
